Track & Field

The Baltimore City Youth Track and Field Club is one of the oldest competitive youth track programs in the United States. The program is designed to cater to youth ages five through 18 who have an interest in running, jumping and throwing events. Participants in the program will develop skills transferable to a variety of other sports. Outside of developmental track meets hosted by BCRP, all participants are given the opportunity to compete in local, state, regional and national track and field venues. The coaching staff includes several USATF certified coaches and officials along with three certified personal trainers and group fitness instructors. One goal of the program is to give young athletes as many opportunities to compete as possible, granting each member of the program the option to compete in two national track associations, AAU and USATF.
