Our "RUGBY" is an 8 week program. It’s a two-hand tag game. No experience is necessary!!!!  Everyone will learn to run, pass, and kick.   Instructors will start with the basics of running and passing the rugby ball and build up to include support and set plays.   Rugby is a fast constant action sport.  The two-hand tag allows new players to learn the game and feel competitive on the very first day.   Because rugby is constant action, the players are making many of the decisions during a match. The coaching pool is from coaches, referees, and players from local rugby clubs. Some with 25+ years of coaching.
